Focus is a Dutch progressive rock band. It was founded by classically trained organist/ flautist Thijs van Leer in 1969. It is most famous for the song "Hocus Pocus".

I am very curious about what people in this group think about the 70s prog band Magma..... They strike me as very Focus-ing, in a good way, and they began at about the same time (1969)

I still remember two years ago... i travelled 1250km one way just to see them playing live for the weekend in Den Haag, Netherlands. Brilliant performance from the young Niels and Theer hasn't lost his voice. Got an autograph by all the members on Live at Rainbow '73 LP ;). A precious moment it was indeed.
