A newly created Southern And Central American Artist League for all of those nations to be at least represented. Unoffically with FIRA. If enough support will continue with these leagues in the manner described on the group's overview! 2014 start!

@Wurstbaron90 There was one back in the day with a leader called theo? I think. Anyway they were reactivating it here. However, I haven't heard from Albent in quite some time. All other leagues are here bottom of page 1.
