For the one's who don't accept the US's political decisions and global interference (there's no need for US to act as a worldwide police) and appreciate European arts and way of life.

This is not a personal attack nor a sign of aggressiveness towards the citizens of the US. Just a statement to critise the global grip US assumes to have over the world and their foreign policy. And also to keep in mind that American English don't have to the global form of English, there are different Englishes in the world and many prefer Bristish accents over American (we must remember to respect the linguistic diversity we have).

This is also a reminder that there are talented songwriters, singers, actors, writers, manuscriptors, producers, directors, musicians etc. also outside the States (as the media is filled with American products nowadays).

Just to keep in mind that the US is not the centre of our dear Earth. And remember, visitors and joined members, this group is not for discriminating people in other parts of the world, just an appreciation for European policy, culture and arts.

Hello from Croatia. I am against massive american influence on music, movies and especially their imperial politcs which is troubling whole world... But that is no reason to hate common american ppl, and is no reason to put the europe on some pedestal because some european countries was doing same thing for the past few centuries as USA is doing now (great britain, france, spain, portugal...) But USA is colonising us all and we have to say NO to it!!!

Hi from Russia! I don't hate the USA, but I don't like the attitude of the american government to the other countries and their megalomania (just read a book by Zbignew Brzezinski "The Choice: Global Domination or global leadership"). In general, Americans are good people (especially their metal-music)) ) haverekuqe, D'accord, je peux reecrire tout ca en francais par example (oder im deutsch), mais, malheureusement la plupart d'europeans ne comprends pas le francais (je ne parle pas ni l'espagnol, ni le roumain)

Well, English is originally European language, and at least I prefer British accents and try to follow the British norms when writing. I've only just began to learn Frencha nd Spanish and my German skills are too bad for writing in German. Men ja kunde skriva på svenska tai sitten ihan vain suomeksi, jos englanti muka on jotenkin vähemmän eurooppalainen kieli. English has been as European language as French or Spanish (and btw, most of the Spanish speakers live outside Europe) :)
