pedrobyo @nickey_erskin: There's various types of emo. In music, it can either relate to the lyrics or to the actual sound. Most bands tagged as "emo" are so because of the lyrics and not actually the sound. Then, there's also the visual "emo", aka clothing, hairstyle, make-up, etc. It doesn't always have to relate to sad things.

bobbyblow hi people! ive just joined this group. i recommend a band i have recently found on this site that are not very well known and they fucking kick ass! they are called Yesterday's Rising. if you are on itunes, you can find them there. if you like them give me a shout! im not going in to what genre they are but they sing and scream!

CoreyEllis loal. i think the only people that say they hate genres are the formally misinformed persons who learned just enough to realize the bands they like would be considered fakes, but just too damn ignorant to admit it and just enjoy their music led by tools. genres are for the good, obviously. since when could organization be called destructive? der.
