Hey, I also listen to Vangelis and Brian Eno! ^^
Now I'm discovering chillout music, like Tristan Feldbauer.

    Well, cheers! =)

  • Hola Simgirl! :)

  • It is so beautifull what you are doing! Independent artists thank you for sure :)

And it is really awesome that you are involved in video production, i hope you can tell the group more about your works! :)

  • Doorchaser thank you so much for your participation, and above all for being an independent artist that really understand the essence of being independent. It is really great to know that you apreciate a lot of artists that are referrenced in the group, as well giving such great compliments to the projects. I also thank you for your kind aproach to the exposure of my own project.

I would also to say to you that i apreciate your project too, and to tell you that i can´t understand why it don´t have much more and more listenings. I had some problems listening to your music here at last, is some times doesn´t play. Well, i hope and wish all the best to your project!

  • Thanks so much, Metricks :) As with the best stuff, it's happening by natural impulse - and listeners, artists and musicians coming together from around the world in this magical meeting zone.

Film/video is something I've been involved with for a long time (came to it from being an actor in my teens and early 20s). I have been state-supported in making professional short films a number of times but have since jumped off the funding bandwagon because I just lost interest and motivation in that fundraising and commercial aspect of the art. I've always been an underground girl at heart :)

My most celebrated and 'mainstream-form' short film is Blow - you can watch it here...

    Blow (10mins, 16mm, 2002, Australia)

More recently I've been experimenting with basic and inexpensive equipment to make stuff that is more immediate - this is the basic process with the video and music of Pixieguts, Titee and Titee & Pixieguts.

When I first started making films, not many people really had access to doing it. I love how home computers have put digital video and electronic music into the hands of a very large number of people, more like writing and drawing and other immediate art forms.

Happy to be here with you :D

  • I listen to almost every kind of music, I don't care about genre, "trueness" etc. The only limitation is that it has to be good music.

I am also a musician. I've got my ambient/electronica project with elements of various other genres (e.g. rock, metal, experimental). check out: Nezumi
