Check out the new Collaboration between (((O))) (mexico) & Overhaul in Damnation (Singapore), it's called Droneral. It reminds me of Sunn O))) but with more of a dark ambient influence.

Godflesh probably are an influence, but they just aren't drone. The have some pretty droney bass and guitar at times - in christbait rising for example
