http://www.last.fm/music/+noredirect/Noman hey detroit friends, could you please go to the top of the Noman page (link above) page and vote for noman as the correct spelling? (click the page, look at the right column, scroll down to "Is this artist name wrong or misspelt?") Vote for Noman (not no-man). last fm keeps auto tagging noman as no-man. such a bummer. thanks so much! xo

Hi. I was born in Detroit but live in Iowa now for some reason... if you want, check out my music... since everybody here just likes "hardcore" and poop. http://www.last.fm/music/Byron+T

I'm from nowhere near Detroit (actually Salford, UK) but I feel a spiritual (for want of a better word) soul connection to some of the music that has come out of this great place.... coming from a place now seemingly swamped with faux-80s, soulless synth bollocks its good to know there is still a large and fiery desire for sleazy, raw music that actually works/appeal on a deeper level. Kudos to you Detroit.

Although it looks like a post-apocalyptic war-zone, Detroit has soul and has produced some of the best musical minds in history. I'm glad to see Mick Collins represented here. He deserves greater national attention, the man is a god.
