cover versions with ...

not the same title

e.g. Hododoo is the cover version of Nothing Else Matters.

How can this be achieved?

Glad you like the site.

To your first question, that's an interesting point, i hadn't thought of covers with different name to the original!! I'll keep it in mind for a possible future enhancement.

As for not finding some cover versions in the search results ... unfortunately I had to limit the number of results i was returning because of some limitations in the API - basically I had to avoid making too many request to the Last.FM servers for one search. I am still trying to find an efficient way around it, or even better I've made some suggestions for changes in the API which hopefully get implemented soon.

Hi Rudi,

That sounds about right ... I'm currently working on another site on the server that is quite bandwidth-heavy (streaming videos) , so it's probably impacting coversfm.

In fact, I might need to take the site down (or at least disable search) for a couple of days next week, as it puts quite a lot of load on the server, and i'll need the resources for the other site.

I have started working on some changes to the site in development though, which hopefully make it faster!!!!
