Facebook, Twitter Google+ Integration?

There used to be an old app called "Facebook Connect" which seemed to post "Loved Tracks" to your FB Wall. This no longer works so is there anyway to have the songs I am currently playing, or maybe "Loved Tracks" to get posted to my FB wall, or Twitter Feed? This should be something available given our new social-media-crazy world.
