I've taken a very heavy liking to this kind of music since I discovered Those Poor Bastards last month. Minus the old-school & popular connected artists like Johnny Cash, of course. I've listened to a bit of different bands & liked them all, but I still like Those Poor Bastards the best, I think. Myssouri is incredible too. Their song Muscle Car On A Dead End Road gripped me harder than any song has in a very VERY long time.
