The March 2010 issue of The Living Archive Of Underground Music is now posted:

Many fine features including: Artist Spotlight and Interview with Berlin's Lord Litter, Tape label feature on Harsh Reality and interview with Chris Phinney, Ray Carmen's excellent 1993 "BubbleGum Buddha" release for free download/streaming, and many "early experience" comments from underground artists and more.
