Description:
The CAKE fans who do more than just listen to their music.

An easy ice-breaker when meeting other CAKE Poll / CFU regulars. Check each others' compatibility and instantly have other favorite bands to talk about! Not that it's difficult for CAKE fans to get along... I'm interested to see the collective taste in music we all have.

I'm a Dime! Welcome. I'm glad you decided to join. Do you need any help getting your tracks imported from either iTunes, WMP or Winamp? It's a one-time thing, so make sure you do use your primary player. If you haven't figured it out, this link should help you out: http://www.last.fm/help/faq?faqsearch=import&submit=Search+FAQ (Just click the first question.) Good luck!

coffeyfiend! How are you? Thanks for being the first member to join! Do you use iTunes, WMP or Winamp? If you use any of those (I think some others are compatible, too), check out this link: http://www.last.fm/download The first major thing it will do is import your listening history from the player. So you can start off with thousands of plays right off the bat! After the initial import, the software will then automatically open when you open your player of choice, and it will submit that tracks you listen to in your player to your last.fm profile in real time. It's really quite fascinating. Let me know how that goes and if you need any help! Again, thanks for joining! P.S. If you use Firefox as your web browser, there's also a plugin that submits tracks you listen to at Pandora to your last.fm profile! It's a third party app. I haven't used it, so I can't vouch for it, but it's there to try!

Hi and thanks for starting this! I go by coffeyfiend on the CAKE board, but it was already taken here. So, since I'm a pandora user more than this site, you have to tell me if I'm doing it right. I just added a bunch of bands that I regularly listen to to my library. So, now what? I'm assuming it creates stations like pandora does. Is there a way to shuffle them all together, though?
