Buffalo Springfield

Buffalo Springfield was a short-lived but influential folk rock group that served as a springboard for the careers of Neil Young, Stephen Stills, Richie Furay and Jim Messina and is most famous for the song "For What It's Worth". After its formation in April 1966, a series of disruptions, including internal bickering, as well as the pressure of working in the music industry, resulted in constant changes in the group's lineup — and ultimately culminated in the group's disbanding after roughly 25 months. Buffalo Springfield released a total of three albums but also left a legacy that includes many demo recordings, studio outtakes, and live recordings.

Hey press, do you happen to know what's wrong with Stephen? He looks like he's suffered a stroke or something, but I can't find any news about it. It's really sad to see him in his current state.

I thought that Neil sung On The Way Home beautifully on the Live at Massey Hall 1971 concert CD release. Great to see BS touring again and sounds like they haven't missed a beat. I think they have postponed future dates to early next year, got the feeling that Stills was frightened by the prospect of a huge tour, Stephen looking as well as he has in years.

Loved this group! Their music still sounds fresh, even after 43 years. My favorite song of theirs was "On The Way Home" written by Neil Young, although he didn't sing it(the vocal went to Furay, which, for this song, was probably the wisest choice). But enjoyed everything they recorded.
