Thanks for accepting me. Nerds on the streets, warriors in bedrooms!

If you are going to add a Heavy Metal band like Damien Storm, then P.P.P. could just as well be added. P.P.P. is a japanese two-woman band. The drums-machine and keyboards are super cheap, the guitar sounds flat as do the weak vocals, the bass (if there is one) is completely inaudible... it was all clearly recorded in a bedroom. The music itself is thoroughly modern power metal (ie the flowery stuff). I really only ever listen for the somewhat anthemic track "Heavy Metal go Fight!".

As for Satanity's reviews, I personally don't put much stock into reviewers who compare a Revenge/Blasphemy/"Reek of Putrefaction"-inspired war metal/grind band to Ildjarn...

My mistake. Should have checked first. And the Dark Tribe thing was a slip of the tongue (or the keyboard actually), but I fully apologize anyway for associating you with them. Not that I like Black Tribe all that much (just being honest), but Dark Tribe is just unlistenable garbage. And to keep this post at least somewhat on point: Yaoyotl is somewhat run of the mill bedroom black metal band from Mexico, but it has accordions apparently.

Alpha Drone was the first band I added when I formed the group, I think. And it's Black Tribe, Dark Tribe has nothing to do with me. ;)

I suppose I could mention a bedroom band that i actually enjoy . Warhorde is an american first wave-style black/thrash metal one-man act. If I were to try and describe Warhorde's sound I would say that it sounds something like the self-titled debut of Bathory as interpreted by VON (or perhaps Ildjarn) utilizing the drum machine from Requiem/Octagon. I can't explain why I like Warhorde. Maybe it's just that I'm glad to see a bedroom black metal type band that isn't the wimpy, depressive kind. Also, shouldn't you link one of your own bands? Dark Tribe, Alpha Drone, Verdorben or at the very least Satanity (which is way better than any reviewer on the MA is willing to admit).

Oh my. I hate to suggest more shit bands so soon, but this group seems to be missing the grand-daddy of all bedroom black metal: Satan's Massacre!

Eventually the goal is to have the artist connections balanced between obvious shit and stuff that's great despite its bedroom background (more befitting the group name). The obvious shit is just more fun to start with. :D
