Blac tusk aren't so good. Perhaps Kylesa, Mastodon or Clutch are the best matches. If you're more into the "psychedelic" side then check out Six Organs of Admittance or Coments On Fire. You could also say that Kyuss and Baroness have some things in common.

I really hate all the bands they play with now a days. Anyone able to suggest a band that's very similar to Baroness? BlackTusk I think is like Baroness if they went Thrash instead of Metal.
