Phillip Wilkerson - Pure Ambient, Minimalist

Hello. Hope you will stop by and explore my music and free downloads. Mostly pure ambient, atmospheres, and minimalist. A couple of drone pieces (working on more).

Lots of long ambient pieces (7+ minutes) as well. My new project is

Well, I'm not sure about the "pure ambient", but some new artist I surely consider ambient and surely I believe well worth a listen are:

Bjørn Lynne, even if it's "pure" with his album Colony only (otherwise he makes soundtracks).

F.D. Project with his Blue Visions but with every one he wrote, essentially. If there is anybody I'm sure plays ambient, well, is him! :-)

Corrado Rossi even if I'm not sure if it goes a slight bit into chillout (but not the dance-chillout). If you're goodwilling, try his Eclipse

and, of course, The Wimshurst's Machine who plays a mix of ambient and other genres (even jazz, even if I wouldn't say so for very track). So maybe not always "pure" but I believe from Ambient side are worth a check: Charming Mechanics, Nostradamus, Le Voyage Dans Le Temps, Timeless, Wind Roses (Pt. 1), Wind Roses (Pt. 2).

Im here hoping to get some listens for my ambient / downtempo album The Sea of Umbrella. As a big ambient fan I would love to hear what you guys think. How about listening to a track like this one - Space Dog and leaving me a shout ?
