I like this, however is it possible to use this with the scrobbler app? I like the wiki option and the lyrics and overall this player is good, but i still prefer having the scrobbler app to see tags, related artists, ect (other stat data from

It seems that Amarok sometimes makes duplicate scrobbles.

Same problem as Spacepengu, exactly. It's very strange, watching the track appear in "now playing" on, then disappear...

New ART OF INFINITY video "Warm Waterfalls (official video)" With "Warm Waterfalls" Paulina Zemojtel and Anja Mainz produced a fascinating Fantasy-Music-Video. Pictures of mystic elves merging art and music with the gently voice of singer Alquimia. The guitars in epic track "Warm Waterfalls", performed by Klaus Major Heuser, reminds listeners to the atmosphere of Pink Floyd. Maybe this is ART OF INFINITY's best produced New Age-Music track ever.

I can't scrobble anymore with Amarok... My recent tracks list here on shows the current track but it is never saved in the list and in my stats. Anyone else with this problem? Any ideas? New artists I hear are added to my collection but appear as never played... I'm using Amarok 2.7.1-90 (siduction)... Scrobbling with qmmp and deadbeef works fine.

Amarok has the best playlist I've ever seen. People are visualizers and amarok has the best playlists, which it is possible to search by covers. I can't do that with archaic clementine playlist or foobar2000..

Now Amarok is the worst. I agree that the best clementine. By the way, I make my own music. What you say about it? What should change?

Goodbye, Amarok. I've been using you since your earliest beta versions. You are a decent OS but your mediaplayer tends to suck... I stick with Clementine. Not because of the layout, I can easily fix that in Amarok. Not because of all those nifty features that have been added, I don't have to use them. You fail at basic playback capabilities and at populating playlists with more than 100 files at once.

I have to confess it took some time getting used to, but simplifying the playlist in Amarok 2 really works (it now feels just rediculous to see those list with 'blocks' of the same artist-album combinations like in iTunes, Clementine, Foobar etc.) It really looks much cleaner this way, rid of this bunch of redundant information!
