For fans of the bastard hybrid occult rockers from France.

The occult rockers Aluk Todolo are not for the faint of heart. They are, in my opinion, one of the darkest, if not THE darkest band in the world right now. Never before have I heard such a portrayal of darkness and magick. There isn't another band like Aluk Todolo on the planet, and that, is a fine, but yes, from listening to Descension, an unpleasant achievement. Both the debut 7 inch EP and Descension are fine works of dark art and Descension especially must be approached with an extremely open mind. This is challenging music, and not for the casual listener. As for the occult... it is all around us, and Aluk Todolo have encapsulated it WITHIN their music. Truly magickal sounds from France.
