    massive attack? eurgh sick.

  • * Dan the Automator (The song Sleep got me into instrumental hip-hop)
    * DJ Shadow (He's a given, I love almost every track on Endtroducing...)
    * Bonobo
    * Deltron 3030
    * Dr.Octagon

    I'm really getting into instrumental or otherwise unusual hip-hop lately, but I'm only just starting on this kind of music, really. Looking forward to discovering more!

  • been listening to heaps of HipGnosis and Dj Sid-the Apocalypze lately, dig those sounds!

    hey old thread but i dont think anyone has mentioned DJ Vadim yet... new soundcatcher album is great.

    and the old favs: rjd2, unkle, dj shadow, hermitude, blockhead...

  • I find these artist utterly compulsive at the moment, and never here them mentioned, but Dope!

    1. Harmonic 33 (not 313)
    2. Tipper
    3. Shin-Ski
    4. Danny Breaks - (Most any track)
    5. Balduin (Creative Cookery)

    Trust me I know what I'm talking about. For much much more check my profile for what I have been listening to, or my record collection on discogs. now you know!!

    Not sure if these all fit in, but aside from the obvious stuff, lately I have been digging on
    -Birdy Nam Nam
    -Wax Tailor (there is one song that comes up in my rotation that is the absolute shit, but I can't remember what it is called)
    -C-Mon & Kypski
    -Tilen Download the MP3 for "Flair" at the link. It's good stuff, but maybe not right for this group.

  • Maybe not so big on the hip-hop connection but Tilen is fantastic...
