The Music Elite franchise first started with an idea from a Canadian. The disorgnisation of the rules led to a simple format led by HumanRejection to make it more simple but effective. The founder left and the new leader final_alert took over from march. The game changed again from Champions every 5 rounds to every 2 rounds but as it did to the founder, the same fate happened with the second. He abdicated it to HumanRejection who reformed the dying game and managed it for a month as the original. He changed the dying game into a new direction creating Obscure Music Game on 3rd July 09.

After a year of the game in different formats and generations, the orginal is now back and better than ever! HumanRejection will take the old school ways and make the original game alive again. This time for longer than before.



The members compete against each other to become the defending oldest member of the group. However, in your way are rounds and if the player knows your last played track, you are kicked from the group. All Welcome!


Each Round
1) The Leader or Champion will kick members for knowing their last played artist.
2) You will be kicked if you have not listened to a track in the last 3 calendar days.
3) You must not play non-music as your last played track (ie: podcasts or tv shows)
4) You must only play Romanised characters. Do not play different language characters (Eg: Chinese/Japanese style of writing)
5) Kicking the leader in your round is not an option. He is not a player. [HumanRejection]


1) Every round that takes place a winner will be crowned. The winner of two rounds consectively will become a champion.
2) The champion must list all users kicked and the reason why from the above rules.
3) The champion has 24 hours to complete his or her round, if they fail to do, they are kicked from the group and must start again from the bottom.

    Yes, 'spamming' to them is advertising. Spamming (the real definition) is pasting the same message into a forum, e-mail or blogs. Each has a different meaning. In forums, it has to be over and over again, usally of porn or abusive industries...In e-mail is mass advertising, like loans, scams and other such adverts. In blogs it is opinions, adverts and porn. But these have to be over and over again, except blogs which can be once and be spammed around search engines. Now, what i did was inter-web advertising. I used to work, and still do as a hobbie anyways, for an advertising company (now i have my own label) and we were not allowed to do 'abusive advertising' aka shoving leaflets in your face at train stations etc we had to post them through your door once a fortnight (as it was a food place) and make extra deals for the consumers who had adverts through the door. (so tokens). This is what i did , more or less, for this game and for the band I was promoting.

    Update: HR has been banned due to 'spamming' (it was two links to two users about Human Rejection and a couple about this game to other users but oh well). I will come back when the dust has settled and reboot this and make the new generation. I won't be on this account though. Thanks.

    I'd love to play but my music taste is just....too mainstream -cringe- Even if it's mainly a thing for the lyrics. I still have a few bands under my belt that are just local...or unheard of. But. I doubt I'd be good at this >.<
