• new album sounds promising
• Forgot how great these guys are
• It's referencing Brian Eno's "Music for Airports". You can read up their explanation of this title on wikipedia. c:
• music for real airports? is there some underlying reference here I'm not getting?
• They bring us back harmonies of Autechre's Incunabula-Amber era.
• Cathedral Sex great!!
• Some weird shit. Final Collected Vexations is my favorite.
• Free EP Recording, Mixed and Treated for two exhibitions at Sheffield’s Festival Of The Mind. Parts 1 and 1.1 are for unique audio-visual exhibition that recreates the dawn chorus that we did with photographer Shaun Bloodworth. The video will be released shortly. • Hello
• [liber-collected > bass-mantra] is the shit...
• Hello, new mixes and radio show here
• The Black Dog are looking for backers...
• Their more recent work is so underrated. I don't get it
• Spatchka ♫♪♫♪ ♪♫♪♪♫♪♫♪♫♪....
• Outstanding new album - one of the best this year.
• They sure have kept busy.
• They are still really good :)
• Tranklements sounds awesome after first listen :)
• I heard the black dog for the first time today and the only thing i can say is that i'm a hardcore fan now.
• Black Chamber Order + Dark Wave mixes ftw!
• spanners is ridiculously good
• amazing
• Spanners is by far their best album !
• Bass Mantra is one nice track
• "Liber Dogma" & "Radio Scarecrow" are sheer class albums!
• I'm actually glad they abandon an unwieldy cloud of music collected under the IDM heading and do some very quality techno. Liber Dogma is is such a solid work.
• they were great in tunisia, what a night! sorry for the low sound quality
• Book of Dogma and Silenced - always my absolute favorite IDM works.
• ♫♪♫♪♫
• Hey, thanks for the feedback and love.
• 2000 listening!
• man, i really love that too.
• man, i really love that.
• @Greygoo: Maybe, but it's hardly original. The techno sphere is filled with music like that.
• imo radio scarecrow is still their best work
• I don't like Liber Dogma at all.[1]
• I'm glad I'm not the only one. But I've only listened to it all the way through once, and without good headphones.
• I don't like Liber Dogma at all.
• Dada Mindstab Я люблю это!)
• I disagree. The banging, dystopian techno of the Liber EPs is some of my favourite music to come out this year.
• Everything they will ever do will be shadowed by "Music for Real Airports".
• for me, 'Liber Dogma' is kinda meh.
• Hello, from ca. 500 bands, 10 are characteristic for techno groups, and ... "The Black Dog" is one of those 10, see others at:
• The new album is a grower.. which is exceptional for a techno album in these times of formulaic hits.
