Yay, finally turned 18 today ♥ My favourite birthday pop song, always listening to it on my birthday :D It has something that makes you feel happy while listening, the rhythm/ melody, so much positive energy.. perfect for this day!!! CELEBRATION....
For me and with a few others, I equate Stevie Wonder's song, Happy Birthday, to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's birthday. I'll never forget when Ronald Reagan formally acknowledged the birthday of Dr. King and signed the legislation to acknowledge Dr. King's birthday nationally on November 2, 1986.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YA!,..I was there in the crowd that stood in cold at the Washington Monument to make this day in History,my Grandmother passed that day also,I also wrote a song for that Celebration called "WATCH THE WORLD",that was part of the March also,I was there with Dick Gregory,Jesse Jackson&John Bellamy, they help lead the March that day for Stevie........................Bones Jones
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YA!,I was in the March to make this a HISTORC DAY! I was there when Ronald Reagan was flying over the crowd in his helicopter as we stood in the freezing cold at the Washington Monument...........Bones Jones
