that's damn right.
the most bands that do this kind of music (i can't really describe it) i like are from germany or german-speaking countries.
just think about thoughts paint the sky, it is imperative, mr. wilis of ohio or shokei.
I don't think you can really say that a country can be better at " passionate hard-core" than another it's like saying there are more emotional kids in one place and then another but obviously you are entitled to your opinion and yet German hard-core is set
Why are people so concerned about genres? It's like saying you can only feel one emotion. It's just not possible to stick one lable on someting that is EVERYTHING. While you were wasting your time dissecting the music, you forgot to feel it.
Screamo? The heavy parts are sludge-ish and the slow parts are typical of post-rock. Why must we have this confusion between interconnecting genres just because they have emerged from different genres: stoner rock, hardcore, metal and indie?
