  • Dagger Beach is wonderful— sounds like a synthesis of all JV's previous albums.
  • Dagger Beach is pretty great. It took a few listens but I definitely like it a lot right now.
  • I can't wait to hear both DAGGER BEACH and his cover of DIAMOND DOGS! May can't come fast enough! For those who aren't aware, you can pledge/preorder here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/johnvanderslice/john-vanderslices-dagger-beach-the-new-album
  • i'm also listening to emerald city and you can even hear that "electronic garbage" on that record, js :)
  • hm... i'm a huge fangirl and romanian names is, if not my favorite, the record of his i've listened to the most. i just love the atmosphere.

Still, he dominates my heart. I just hope he takes a few steps back towards rock and further from electronic garbage.
