  • My first Deer Tick experience was at the Toronto Urban Roots Festival. Great show! My pics are on my site here: http://www.oneintenwords.com/2014/07/turf-day-1-band-5-deer-tick.html
  • Great! Can't wait for Croatia show!
  • It makes sense to see Diamond Rugs and Middle Brother in the "similar bands", but the rest doesn't really belong in this list. The Replacements should be on it though.
  • fuck deer tick
  • none of the 'similar bands' sound very similar. This band is more about heartfelt musical craftsmanship and tradition than about genre or indie rock. Hell many of their song ideas are from old timey music and folk and old country.
  • Listen to Hank Williams Gold collection, it fits with Deer Tick. All of their stuff is very good, but the some of the newer stuff takes a few plays before you get it, and then some of the "new" stuff is incredible.
  • not many know how to rock out anymore
  • been listening to the new one non stop. it's fantastic.
