Johnny Nash
My Merry-Go-Round

The Houston born singers singer, successor to Sam Cooke as a smooth vocalist mixing soul styles, most notably with Reggae. Already a mentor to Bob Marley, and having scored massive international crossover single hits , such as I Can See Clearly Now, Nash opened up yet further and experimented with this his inventive and adventurous1973 album My Merry-Go-Round...find out more here.

T Bone Walker
Good Feelin'

T-Bone Walker was one of the first musicians to play electric guitar on record, and was a major player at the dawn of the R&B era, charting with the classic "Call It Stormy Monday" in 1948 and building an enviable reputation as a master blues musician and singer over four decades until his death in 1974.

Following a successful tour of Europe with the American Folk Blues Festival in 1962, T-Bone returned to France in the late 1960's to record LPs for Black & Blue and Polydor, and from the latter label Good Feelin' won a coveted Grammy Award in 1970 as 'Best Ethnic or Traditional Recording'....find out more here.
