  • I'll be honest, I'm really loving "It's Hard" right now, and not just for Eminence Front. It's really surprising to me because most of the songs on it have been scrobbled only around 500 times or so total.

You should listen to more Neil Young.

I don't mind It's Hard at all, in fact I quite like it. WAY better than Face Dances and Who Are You anyway.

Domestic violence is wrong! And I like Cheerios!

  • Counting just studio albums, it would have to be Who's Next, but after that my rankings change constantly, here's where they are now.

    01) Who's Next
(Live At Leeds would go here)
    02) The Who Sell Out
    03) Tommy
    04) Quadrophenia
    05) Who Are You
    06) My Generation
    07) The Who By Numbers
    08) Endless Wire
    09) A Quick One
    10) It's Hard
    11) Face Dances

    1. Quadrophenia
    2. Tommy
    3. Who's Next
    - gap
    4. The Who Sell Out
    5. Who Are You
    6. The Who By Numbers
    - gap
    7. It's Hard
    8. Face Dances
    9. My Generation
    - gap
    10. A Quick One

That's right I put it last cuz I can't stand it. I sure did. Endless Wire would probably be at number 7 atm but I haven't heard it enough to solidify that ranking.

  • My favorite is a tie between Tommy and Who's Next, with Quadrophenia close behind in 2nd.

Close battle between Tommy and Quadrophenia but I'll go with Quadrophenia, just for I've Had Enough and The Rock, which are awesome songs, although Christmas from Tommy is also awesome...

    5. My Generation

Maybe I'd like My Generation more if I were closer to being part of that particular generation, instead of it being my fathers generation... Oh well. ^^

Tommy with Quadrophenia close behind it. Now if your talking about live albums included, Live at the Isle of Wight is on top of both of them. I can never get over Roger's "OOOOOOOOOOH YEAH" on the outro for My Generation and his "I HAVE BEEN GONNEEEEEE" on I Dont Even Know Myself . Plus the show's intro with Heaven and Hell is just unbelievable. Everything on that album is just so awesome. It mustve been a real amazing show to see it in person.

There is a DVD out of it you know. But its all chopped up and missing a very early version of Naked Eye that they did.

  • Who's next and then Quadrophenia

    My favorite albums;

    1. Quadrophenia (Love it, could, and still can relate to it in such a way that it feels like it has been a really important part of my life)
    2. Tommy (Great music, lots of good songs, but I think it lacks something that Quadrophenia has)
    3. Who's Next (Won't Get Fooled Again, Behind Blue Eyes and Baba O'Riley alone makes it one of the better albums made, but I do think some parts of it are quite mediocre)

  • 1 "Quadrophenia" coz i can realate to it in so many ways and its great to listen to

    2 "Who's Next" great sounds

3 "Tommy" entertaining to listen to
