Reclaim artist page?

    Today I was going to set up a page for my band Gabriels Fallen only to find out that we are already on there. When I went to claim the artist page it said that it was already claimed. None of us in the band has claimed it, so the only other that we could think of was that maybe our old label (who no longer has any legal distribution rights as we only did a one year contract, and they are now out of business) had claimed it. We now have a new album that we would like to upload but we don't know what we can do. Please advise.

    The artist account is registered to a Jameela Hammond, is this an associate of yours?

    Your release has been provided separately on behalf of the label AcropolisRPM - do they no longer have rights?

    Hi, I own, together with the label the rights of my songs, how can I know if any person (I don´t know who is the one behind my band) is beeing paid by last fm when a song is listened?? and why I cannot upload the new albums with their link to amazon? thanks

    someone else named dinosaur club records had sole control over my bands page, he has since given me access to it however i cannot change the bands main photo. does he have to give me a different level of access or a passcode? i cannot access "catalogue" to chage images. please adviseHeavy Times
