New 1.5.4. scrobbler will not scrobble using Cog

  • New 1.5.4. scrobbler will not scrobble using Cog

I just upgraded my Mac Pro (running Snow Leopard) to the new v1.5.4 and now it will not scrobble using Cog.

I use iTunes for mp3's and Cog for FLAC and before the upgrade I had no problem scrobbling as I often switched between the two players. Now the update will not recognize Cog. I've gone into all the preferences, made sure all srobbling was enabled (it is) but still, no luck with Cog.

Any ideas? Now I'm mad that I updated, because everything was just rosy with the old version....

thank you very much for the link! i do however feel fine about starting a thread with the focus of locating old versions (different thread subject, different focus) ... since forum searches for +last.fm +client +versions were totally fruitless

  • i updated to the latest nighly build of Cog - r1937 - and now scrobbling works again.

    RTFM!
