Program Error

  • Program Error

Alright, well this is an error I've had a lot before - the program scrobbles my songs to the cache but then fails to upload them to the server.

Usually, it resolves itself after a few days and the extra hundred or so tracks are uploaded to my profile and normal service resumes.

However, this time, it has been over three weeks since the last successful scrobble from the software - the one scrobble on my page since then was listened through the website - and there are now more than one thousand songs stuck in the cache.

How can I fix this, preferably without losing the cache?

    Thanks in advance.

have you tried clicking on your username in the account tab? logging into the client again? what does it say in tools > diagnostics?

according to that it should just do it on its own then. as long as it stays 'ok'.

  • But it has been like that for a long time now...

  • *bump*

  • Try resetting your password (both on-site and in the client)

Remember to say "thank you" for the things you haven't had
  • Have tried to no avail.

  • Have you a firewall? :P
