    iPod won't scrobble: SQL logic error or missing database unable fetch row in query

    My iPod will not scrobble, it keeps coming up with no scrobbles found. When I hit the scrobble button it floods the diagnostics window with errors like:

    SQL logic error or missing database unable fetch row in query
    insert or rollback into iTunes_db ( persistent_id, path, play_count) values (:pid, :path, :plays)
    [120609 21:45:48] QtOverrides::SqlQuery::arse()51:L2

    I have iTunes 9 (32bits), my iPod won't support a lower version.

    The strange thing is I can get it to work on a different system with iTunes 9 64 bits.

    Tried re-installing last.fm and/or iTunes. Does not help.

    Any idea?

    Tried the beta scrobbler since I read in another thread it fixed iPod scrobbling.
    It completely fucked up iTunes. And iTunes even remained fucked up after I de-installed it again. Re-installing my old scrobbler fixed iTunes. Ofcourse now I'm back where I started again.

  • good luck to get some support. I have the same problem... http://www.last.fm/forum/34905/_/2055174

    Correction. Re-installing the old scrobbler 1.5.4 also fixed my scrobbling problem. Don't know why.
