Not Scrobbling A Specific Artist

Hello all, got a issue I'd like to get some knowledge about.

I use Winamp and the scrobbler properly does everything it's supposed to for the most part. However, when I listen to 木村カエラ (Kaera Rie Kimura) it doesn't scrobble the music of hers for some reason. It'll scrobble literally everything else, but it acts like this music I'm playing doesn't exist or something.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? (I'm imagining it's me since others are scrobbling her lol)
