Windows Scrobbler Not Scrobbling?

I had listened to a few albums/songs on CD/radio the other day and I wanted to put them onto my recent listens on Last.fm so I used the Universal Scrobbler. Right after that my scrobbler seemed to stop working. It went from saying "Scrobbling from iTunes" to "Scrobbling from The Last.fm Scrobbler". It shows what song I am currently listening to, but it doesn't save the scrobble. I tried re-installing the app and that did nothing. What should I do?!

Open up the Last.fm Scrobbler, go to Account, and re-check your username. If this does not help, turn off the Last.fm Scrobbler. Go to folder where you installed the Last.fm Scrobbler. Find file Cleaner.exe and run it. This program will reset your settings from Last.fm Scrobbler. Then, run the Last.fm Scrobbler. Enter your user data. Then, download plugin for your media player. Turn off the Last.fm Scrobbler and next run your media player.Did this word-for-word and still nothing. My plays aren't even showing up correctly and they are all messed up with the wrong time and chart positioning. I have NO idea what's going on. My friend was having the same issue and all he had to do was re-install the scrobbler. I did that, and it still doesn't work.
