Failed to read current itunes track.

Hi
I have looked through all the FAQs and done everything, including reinstalling last fm and itunes. I'm getting the error message:

Failed to read current itunes track. Either simething went wrong or the track was not found on the disk.

My itunes is scrobbling, it's just my iphone that isnt. Any clues?
