INFO (foo_audioscrobbler) : Track is not permcached - not submitting.

why wont mine submit? that is what it says under the console^ im an EXTREME noob to foobar, my login details are fine, bu i dont know where to find the oher settings for AS. How do i fix this?

ok i fixed that, it turns out i had "only submit files permanetly in the database" it is working fine now, where are the preferences on how often it should submit?
