Where is 'Find friends' now?

  • Come on LastFM!

Is it legal wrangling? I can't believe that such an advanced website that can do so much with scrobbled data can't do a simple email search let alone a facebook link up. I am sure it can't just be laziness that would be idiotic and I am sure they are not that. Whatever the problem is sort it out and join the social revolution.

It is nice to see what you have been playing and recommended artists. I like to use LastFM to keep track of my mates music they are listening to now we have all grown up and are scattered across the country. But finding people is nie on imposable. If it was easy it would be a lot more useful. I have invested alot of time building up my facebook friends and am sure lots of them do have last fm accounts but have no way of finding out.

What ever the reason SORT IT OUT!

We've implemented Facebook connectivity at my company on several projects and it can be very tricky, but it's definitely been a huge source of user growth.

This would be great if it got implemented.

I cannot agree more... Community on Last.FM is certainly a core element. I can totally see iTunes' Ping do something like this very soon. Come on guys, wake up!

    Joke of the decade

  • unbelievable!

  • Co-sign this thread.

  • More than a little pathetic. It's a feature codeable by one person in a few days at most.

Why bother finding friends when you can't listen to their music when you do find them?

As for Facebook, stuff that nasty privacy-invading piece of rubbish. Keep away from it.

  • Went looking for this feature and it never occurred to me that it would not be here. Finally found this thread and am adding my support. This is a really important feature for me. Being able to grab my address books from Gmail, Twitter, etc. made setting up Raptr a breeze - and makes it easy for others to find me.

  • Nearly every social website has a support to find friends in facebook or gmail aso....

This feature HAS to be implemented back ASAP!
It's kind of disappointing, that i can't find any of my friends here, because of other nicknames!

  • what are you guys doing?

    +1

I never would upload my whole address book, but inviting one friend to join should definitely be added.

    What

    What's going on?

  • ????

Importing my contacts would really heighten my last.fm experience [2]

Can't believe the demand for this feature has been ignored for so long by the last.fm team. Maybe emails directly to support would be more effective?

  • WTF

    ?

    Pretty please!
