Oh come on already. If last.fm doesn't handle the feedback well, why is there alot of staff comments on threads that SUGGEST something? Not just bullshit "bring back the old last.fm because is was more clunky!". Answar me.

Hey, I'm a human, I found a correlation (without looking very hard). The Recommendation interface tells you why it has made the recommendation. And there's a Dismiss button if you disagree with it.

Sorry for your loss, but I think that kicking this thread with that info and nothing else is not needed.
Since this thread has been silent for 9 days before that kick, and nothing remotely similar has been opened, it has more than passed its usefulness.
