This works flawlessly on OSX 10.6.2 (the latest version)

Thanks so much. I got a new Macbook Pro for Christmas and lost all my playcounts in the move. A lot of my smart playlists rely on playcounts, and I was so happy to see that you had ported this app to the Mac. This did exactly what it was supposed to, and I am highly pleased.

Thanks again for all your hard work. Your contribution is appreciated.

    Same thing here. Error reported:
Could not apply play count to all tracks
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x14) was found in the element content of the document.

Question about why it has to be Java 6?

Heya, thank you so much for taking the time to make this program!

I'm curious though, is there anyway to easily make it work on Java 5? I'm on a PPC mac and only can get Java 5. :(

  • Uff, it crashes instantly here, 10.5.x on 32bits :(

XML error after page 14: does it support special characters (german umlaut)?

The error message I get is the following:
Could not apply play count to all tracks
org.xml.sax.SAXParseExeption: An invalid XML character (unicode 0x14) was found in the element content of the document.

    I am running:
    - MacBook Pro
    - OS 10.6
    - Java 6
    - LastFM for Mac OS 10 ver 1.5.4.24670
    - iTunes 9.1.1 (12)

    Any help??

    love it, thanks a lot.

  • this is so close to perfect.

is there a way to make it so it only appends the itunes playcount if the last.fm playcount is greater than the itunes playcount?

seems like it should be easy

  • JRoar, you're awesome. Thank you!

"Could not apply count to all tracks
java.net.SocketException: Unexpected end of file from server"
