    Hi,

    I made a small ruby script to monitor my Rhapsody RSS feed and submit those tracks to Last.fm. It uses the Last.fm 1.1 Submission Protocol (I wrote it some time ago and recently started using Rhapsody again after a few years so I haven't updated to the 1.2.1 protocol). My tracks seems to submit fine, but after waiting several hours I do not see them on my recent tracks list (rss link) or (website link). I got an HTTP 200 response with no apparent errors.

    How long after submitting tracks do they typically show up on last.fm?

    in the current protocol version, immediately.
    you can get an ok even if your data are note quite correct.

  • Well, I suppose I must have something wrong then, because my last played data still has not updated.

    Thanks for the info, tburny! Perhaps taking a look at hor your library does it will answer my problems.
