Nothing will play on the web player.

    When logged in and trying to play anything. I get an error that the browser, Firefox, Safari or IE 8 doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (lastfm) isn't associated with any program.

    and displays lastfm://artist/name/similarartist

    even when clicking directly from an artist page. Searching wont play either. If I am logged out everything works.

    I have clear my cookies and cache, rebooted and made sure my Flash player was up to date.

    Anyone have a clue?

    I realized that maybe it was a preference since I usually use the last.fm player on my computer (I am on a school computer.) It was set to use the Player not in page.

  • Nothing has worked for me either for two days as well. I am using Chrome with no errors showing

    If our not on your own computer at home could it be that streaming media is disabled for you? Sometime it's can be resolved by configuring a proxy for your player.
