    Hi Last.Fm,

    I made a refund request the very first day of your announcement that you would turn off the streaming service in january.

    When I go to this page :
    http://www.lastfm.fr/subscribe/refundrequest
    It says :
    Vous avez demandé un remboursement le 13 déc. 2012, 13h16m.

    Now we are the 26th of January. The streaming service isn't available anymore. And I still haven't receive any refund yet.

    When do you plan on giving us our money back?

  • Thanks. Let me know when streaming is available in Belgium. I've been a subscribed user since 2008 and I would be glad to pay again for the same kind of service :)

    Any news on this? I'm still "subscribed" and haven't received any refund.

    I paid for a year a few days before the shutdown was announced, and requested a refund the day it was announced. No word so far. Very disappointing.
