For their 3rd Pyramid in a row, Mammal finally got the timeslot and thus the crowd they deserved. Karnivool, BoT and The Black Keys were incredible, the rest I didn't care too much for... although having said that, I was reallly surprised with Resin Dogs and the awesome show they put on.

My first pryramid festival and what mad fun it was!! First day (apart from weather) was great catching some sweet bands during the day with drapht and pex, mammal was sick and the tennagers a plesant surprise but the highlight had to be digitalism live, unbelivable atmosphere in the tent, wow every gets on it eh, good stuff! Second day lineup much better with Getaway plan playing a good gig, bob evans making me want to throw up but the heard and birds of tokyo making up for that! Headed into tent to see stars which was a waste of time, crying bitches, but midnight jug's were amazing and the crowd must of wanted the same thing as me as everyone headed down for cut copy and then back again for lady hawke, and not to mention get some much needed bottles of water! Did anyone else buy some glowsticks of those chicks selling them? They would of made a fortune of the wide eyed people! What an awesome time - will be back for sure next year!

The teenagers were amazing. And +1 to Gladman, Stars handled that whole situation terribly. So disappointed I only got to see 3 songs by them.

The crowd at Digitalism was the freindliest I've been in. A few people gave me and a mate a bit of their gum right out of their mouths untill we had a bit each big enough to chew. Some chick saw me sweating and gave me some of her water. The music and lights were amazing and everyone was just having a great time. I guess the fact that pretty much everyone in the annex was pinging hard helped, but it was still one of the most amazing hours of my life. Also, there was some dude with a multi-coloured light up mouth guard and his friend had lights on her fingers, that tripped me out hard.

What happened with the singer from The Herd, went crazy. Good times non the less, I was the dude walking around in the same shirt as Digitalism.

The main singer dude from Stars must have been in a shitty mood. I think someone threw a bottle that clocked the keyboardist in the head and he said 'Fuck this, we are stopping', but that happened to every band. The dude from Mammal even encouraged it. Stars handled it in the worst way possible and they dissapointed a lot of fans. I will not be seeing them again. Digitalism was pure gold. I was right out of it, but I remember it being intense. I will def be catching them on the 10th at the forum. The Black Keys were great too. Karnivool were mad. Drapht was great and Pez had the crowd going absolutely mental. Even the Galvatrons were fantastic. Johnny really got the crowd on their feet and ready to rock. All in all, a great expereince, with an awesomely friendly crowd. (don't think I saw a single fight or mishap the whole time). Highly recomended to both rockers and dancers. Pyramid has something for fkn everyone.

Timetable is up. Happy with it, no real clashes for me - The Living End and Digitalism at the same time is probably the main one, but I think I'll go Digitalism as I've seen TLE thrice already.

I'm looking forward to Digitalism, The Teenager, Midnight Juggernauts, Cut Copy and Mammal. Gonna be a sweet few days.

Yeah can't wait for Mammal. I don't think the fact that it'll be the 7th time I've seen them this year is dampening my enthusiasm.
