stealthchicken after all the hassle i had to go through to get hold of a ticket, i ended up with a spare one AND people were just giving them away in the street! strange how this sorta promotion brings people together. shame i hate lager lol. tear drop, unfinished symphony, angel, inertia creeps, karmacoma. i was buzzin with excitement :D still cant believe it was free! :D anyone get any good photos? i feel sorry for all those who couldnt make it.

my sister won tickets after I asked her to enter the competition, she said she wasnt arsed about going and asked me how much I would pay her for the tickets, i waited til the competition was closed, didnt win any tickets, i sold her my V festival ticket for the price I paid for it rather than selling it on ebay for twice the amount, now she tells me she's not letting me have her tickets, no matter what coz she's going with HER mate! : ( cant explain how pissed off I am after wanting to see Massive Attack for over 10 years! Hope my mate can get some tickets on Thursday, fingers crossed!

The doors open from 3pm on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th September at Castlefield Arena Manchester. There's also a host of things happening on Thursday too! As dmi666 says there are some last minute tickets still available!

dmi666 The draw is now closed but a limited number of tickets have become available for Friday and Saturday's shows. In order to get hold of these last golden tickets you need to head down to Castlefield Arena on Thursday 4th September between 12pm and 10pm - a free non-ticketed day of art and music. Tickets will be available from the Beck's Fusions box office on a first come first served basis.*

Aw well seeing as Beck's have sent out emails today, Massive Attack is confirmed to be on the 6th and Hercules and Love Affair on the 5th so that's two different days. They only said that they'll be posting tickets on the 2nd of September so people receive them by the 4th for anyone thinking of buying tickets off anyone else here. So it's more like a festival, not a one-day thing.

Although the draw's now closed you can still join us on Thursday 4th September when there'll be DJs filling the arena with dance grooves, art installations, a film programme, food stalls and bars, and it's open to anyone over 18. You can also catch highlights of the art and music on MTV2 and MySpace. We'll let you know when to tune in.
