Wild Beasts
I'm seriously really torn! They did a great job, and I really enjoyed the music, but when I'm listening to the cd now it's kind of annoying me. So I'm not sure what to think. Hayden's voice can be so grating, but live it worked because the visual aspect balanced it out. I liked Tom's songs the best, though.
Foals
These guys were an incredible surprise. I had no idea what to expect, and I was pretty stunned. Despite having many long beat driven songs with few lyrics and quite condescending banter these guys were fantastic. Full of drive and energy. Highly recommended. It was also quite hilarious that Yannis came out into the audience and drummed on people. Although it kinda hurt. Maniacs, the lot of them!

The only reason I these girls was cause I was there at the time. I wasn't expecting much from them, a bunch of girls who only released an EP and had one smash hit? Not exactly promising. …
