Nuts in May is a new family friendly music festival which will take place over the first bank holiday weekend (4th, 5th & 6th) in May 2012. It is a community event, run by a group of experienced festival organisers, aiming to help the local area – this year we hope to raise funds for Derwent Vale Primary School, Great Clifton.
The festival will offer something for everyone - whilst remaining small, with a wide range of live music over 3 stages and various other venues. There will be children’s entertainment and workshops, traders market and bars, open mic, storytelling, camping and general good fun.
If you haven’t been to a festival before then why not come along and be amazed. If you’re a festival expert then get your tent and dancing shoes at the ready!
