What started in 1989 as a small two-day community affair by president and producer Lido Chilelli, has now evolved into an all-encompassing festival for Toronto and beyond.
Beaches Jazz is one of Toronto’s most successful events of the summer and a significant tourist attraction. Beaches Jazz continues to be one of the few remaining free jazz festivals and the leading festival for promoting Canadian musical talent.
