In March 2012 the world famous All Tomorrow’s Parties will present the ATP curated by Jeff Mangum festival at Butlin’s Holiday Centre, Minehead, UK. The weekend was originally set to run this December, but has been rescheduled to take place on the 9th-11th March. Neutral Milk Hotel’s Jeff Mangum will headline and curate. After releasing one of the most loved & critically acclaimed albums of the 1990s (In The Aeroplane Over The Sea), Neutral Milk Hotel disbanded before many of those who now love their albums had a chance to see the songs performed live, so Jeff’s much anticipated return will be a very special occasion for fans. As well as headlining, Mangum will choose around 40 acts to play across the weekend on three indoor stages with a total festival capacity of around 5500 people. Mangum will perform more than once in the more intimate Centre Stage venue, although entry to only one show is guaranteed - he will be performing a solo acoustic set.

Due to receiving many enquiries in the last few years regarding families attending, for this event and moving forward we have decided to launch new Family Tickets. For full info on how to book (childrens tickets for ages 5-12 are available for £50 per child) see this page. It also has info on tickets for under 18s aged above 12.

Still have my wrist band on, everytime I see it my mood lightens. Honestly dreading the moment it breaks.

Nope... Never! I'm still missing the details of my Sunday morning between 3 and 9, though. But whatever, the parts I do remember make it one of the best nights of my life!

Love how everyone has crazy stories from. Meeting Jeff several times during the fest was great, he was so nice (tolerating my rabid fanboy self, and all the hugs that come with it...) and signed the NMH boxest I bought earlier. Meeting David Yow and having a hilarious moment together while having whiskey was fantastic. The guys from the Arkestra are always a joy and getting to hang with them again was a treat. Hanging out with Alan from Low, Eye, Robert Schneider, meeting the wonderful Matana Roberts, all the guys from Sebadoah. Just fantastic. And to add, all the fantastic people who attended. Everyone was just happy 24/7. There was a point in the weekend where we managed to synchronize 4 after parties in the same block , was pretty boss!

the elephant 6 lads said that joanna newsom was the only person they hadn't seen walking about all weekend - apparently went straight from chalet to gig and back to chalet, didn't leave her room much. boring.

amazingly awesome weekend. still can't believe half the shit that happened. met jeff mangum and his missus on fri night/sat morning after the blues explosion, shook his hand and chatted about the line-up (he was gutted he missed the fall). scratch acid were fucking unbelievably awesome. and ended up at a chalet party on sunday night with all of the olivia tremor control and some of the guys from the sun ra arkestra. also, random other things - saw the magnetic fields playing mini golf, and all of the fall were in the pub all day sunday... also watched eye from the boredoms getting stopped by security for trying to bring beer cans into the festival site in his jacket, and then saw him at thebar in crazy horse doing shots at 3am...

BOREDOMS WERE THE BEST! I can't believe I missed half of Jeff's Sunday set queuing up though and when I got inside it wasn't even that full. Couldn't believe it! Was amazing the 30 mins I saw but it should have been an hour and a half and I shouldn't have missed any of it!
