Cage the Elephant was the best show no question

Agreed. I also caught MMJ last night in Detroit, making my total MMJ view count up to 2 (in under 2 weeks).

Awesome weekend. MMJ was probably my favorite.

yea i left after 3 wye oak songs too it was hard to watch and one of my friends was stuck in the customer service line an extra hour but Young The Giant was a perfect start I always like to see an upbeat act that Friday when I first get in gets ya going

wye Oak was really good in an intimate setting at the Portugal. the man aftershow. granted they were probably not the best choice to start the festival off with. Young the Giant should have played first.

Wye Oak started to get hard to watch for me so I left and got a better spot for The Vaccines. I heard Wye Oak eventually got their equipment to work which is good but that was an awkward start.

surprise: little hurricane...just went over to the trees by google+ stage to escape the heat and drink some wine and their great dirty blues came on, immediately was a fan. letdown: having to go back to work on tuesday

Keeping my wristband on as long as possible as well, I just cut off the excess ribbon. Biggest surprise: Foo Fighters - They put on one hell of a show despite the rain. Letdown: Wye Oak - I dig the music, but the girl was getting annoying with her crybabyness.

biggest surprise: enjoying the music/crowd in perry's. i'm doing the same with my wristband. this thing is not coming off until it falls off.

Just getting over the massive cold i got from being out in the rain for several hours on Sunday. It was worth it though. Anyone else see the double rainbow after the storm during Nas and Damian Marley's set?

Biggest surprise for me was Manchester Orchestra. I hadn't even planned on seeing them but somehow I ended up on the Google + stage after I missed Best Coast, and found their performance pretty solid. Let down was Muse for me actually. I was expecting more but out of the three headliners that weekend, Muse was the weakest.

I also saw most of Cee Lo before running over for Lykke Li, but he's not my biggest letdown because I went in with low expectations

Surprise - The Naked and Famous. I expected to think they were decent, didn't expect to absolutely love them. Let down - Leaving Foo Fighters early for Kid Cudi. Foos were awesome and I wasn't really impressed with Cudi (or Cudi's awful crowd)
