  matti it seems that the hotel just on the other side of the stree is pretty much affordable (gold coast I think). didn't get the tickets with the hotel either, but as we're coming from portugal and on the 27th we booked the palms anyway at a very reasonable price. once in a lifetime, so, funk it:)))
