will call line sucked. price of water sucked. the amount of time it took bands to set up their equipment sucked. and panda bear was just waaay too loud and most of his songs were drawn out way too much. other then that i thought the growlers killed it. man man was probably one of the better shows ive ever seen. local natives were good. didnt mind the dust although i was completly covered in dirt by the end of the night, including my teeth and in my nose.

if a few of those old school taco trucks would've been smart, they'd have parked across the street from the venue. they'd have made a killing and people could have filled up properly before entering. and yeah, top priority for next year has to be resolving the water issue.

i was not trying to trash the bands. its just hard to enjoy anything when you fear collapsing due to dehydration. i gave it a chance, i even emailed before hand asking about water and the person told me "Best to buy a bottle of water and keep it on hand the whole day. Sounds silly but will work best" which would have been great if water was available the whole day. around 6pm i could only find water near A stage which was never where i wanted to be. its odd to think i cant actually go to an all day festival because water and food are not around all day, or would require me to wait all day for them.

Next year, people should be allowed to bring their own IV's and stretchers. It's shocking that the FYF organizers fucked up so bad with logistics and planning considering they had a year to solve their previous problems. They were also able sit on the sidelines and take notes from all the complaints about Clusterfuckchella and the various HARD events.

@kristyyoung Yeah, at the end of Ceremony's set he suggested everyone go see Best Coast because they were "close friends" or something. I think he really just wanted everyone to go watch his sideline parasol karaoke.
